1. Holding Deposit
We require a holding deposit at the point of booking of £100. This deposit secures your booking date and is refunded the day after your booking date subject to following the terms and conditions below.
2. Damaged Items
Any items damaged or broken during hire will be solely the full responsibility of the hiree and will result in the hiree losing their holding deposit payment, they will also be liable for up to the full amount of any damaged/broken item.
3. Missing items
Any missing items lost, misplaced or removed during hire will be solely the full responsibility of the hiree and will result in the hiree losing their holding deposit payment, they will also be liable for up to the full amount of any missing/misplaced/removed item.
4. Balloon Displays
- Backdrop/balloons displays must not be touch or moved once set up, any backdrop displays which have been moved, will result in the hiree subsequently losing their deposit payment.
- Children must be kept away from all displays, this is to prevent accidental damage and also harm to children.
- All additional display hire items i.e. Stuffed animal, props, cardboard cut-outs, flowers, light up numbers, must not be touched or moved from the setup. These are purely for display purposes only and must not be played with to prevent damage or dirt.
5. Payment
- Full payment must be made at least one week in advance of your date of hire.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal.
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE however we do allow customers to swap, reschedule or change their dates or use their deposit towards another future booking, subject to availability.
- We require at least one week notice for cancellations/date changes or deposits will be lost.
- Our Deposit is £100 which is refundable after the booking has taken place subject to no damage/missing/moved items.
- We have a £200 minimum spend.
6. Parking/Parking Fines/Travel Fee
- Distance over a 5mile radius from Wallington will incur an extra charge to cover travel costs, this will be added on to the total hire fee.
- Where the event location falls within the Congestion/ULEZ charging areas, an additional fee will be charged to cover the costs.
- Please ensure that there is sufficient parking at the event location for a van.
- All event locations must have direct access.
- Where parking is restricted on the day of arrival, any parking fines will need to be reimbursed in full by the hiree.
- Please ensure we are made aware of any parking or venue restrictions in advance of the booking date.
- Our maximum travel distance is 60 miles.
7. Timings (access/start/ collection time)
- Our latest collection time is 10pm, any time agreed after this will incur a £25 per hour charge.
- Please stick to timings as these CANNOT be changed. All timings given at the time of booking must be adhered to and we are unable to change timings on the day of your booking. This includes setting up earlier/later or keeping the items for longer. We also cannot wait around if your celebrations run over your time. The times given at the time of booking are the times we work all of our other bookings around on the day and so these cannot be changed.
- Time changes after booking confirmation will be subject to a £50 per hour charge, subject to availability.
- We do not collect the following day, any overnight bookings agreed in advance will incur a £50 per day extra charge, subject to availability.
8. Outside Bookings
- We do not set up outside if there is a chance of wind or rain, please ensure you have a stable marquee or tent up/plan b location just in case as we cannot rely on British weather.
- Floor must be dry, flat and stable.
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE LARGE ITEMS/BALLOON DISPLAYS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN SET UP.
Failure to follow the T&Cs will result in the loss of your holding deposit. Deposits will be used to clean/replace missing/broken or damaged items.
If all items are returned in the same condition as left at the time of collection, we will refund your holding deposit the following day, please provide us with your bank details.
